Very pleased with this product. I installed it and absolutely love it. It was shipped VERY securely and has great features. I especially love all the mirrors and the lights--inside and out. The magnifying mirror is a bonus feature which is quite handy when doing makeup or other facial cleanup. I chose the recessed installation. The light is just right to create the perfect amount for a relaxing bath or nighttime use. We do not need to use the defogger very often because our fan removes all of the steam, but i have used it and the defogger works great to keep the mirror free of fog. The manufacturer's instructions were easy to follow and the installation was a snap, as I framed the opening based upon dimensions listed on the instructions before we received the product. I am very happy with this mirror.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Looks great recessed in the wall. Love the functions. My only complaint would be the lack of an easily accessible j box for connecting romex (instead of the plug in cord) for in wall wiring. I got it done though and I love it.

I generally do not leave reviews, but this product warranted positive feedback. We ordered two of these units. When they arrived, the inside mirrors of both doors had loosened and broken, probably due to temperature conditions in shipping. I contacted the manufacturer, who took care of the issue promptly, replaced both of the doors, and sent them right away with instructions for changing them out. The units work perfectly, look amazing, and the friendly and professional customer service could not have been any better. I would deal with this company in the future.
I've been using this product for about 8 months now and it is the bees knees. I got it for the light and all the other features have been an excellent bonus. The USB ports keep the kids phones charging and out of the shower. I use the built in electrical outlet to keep my shaver charged without having a cord dangling all about. I thought the heated mirror part would be a gimmick but I was so wrong; I can use the mirror even when the bathroom is hot and steamy. The dimming and color changing lights made it easy to match the light temperature of the other bathroom lights. So happy with this!

Easy to install
Got it installed a week ago. Really enjoying it. Offers good light near the sink that I never had before. Mostly I don't use the previous light above it that's still on the wall, but I may yet buy a new extra light for this area. Storage space is not as big as I thought. Mostly because the depth is not what I'm used to, but I think average for most cabinets I looked at.

This medicine chest is very well made. The cabinet itself is heavy and not made with thin metal or sub par materials. The mirrors are also made well and even the inside of the door has a mirror. The instructions for installation are easy to follow and straightforward. I ended up having a problem with the LED light which would not brighten and dim properly but one email to the company solved that problem immediately. Sally from their customer service arranged for a replacement door to be shipped and it was received very fast - if your on the fence about purchasing I would say go for it

Purchased 2 mirrors for a bathroom remodel. The mirrrors look great in the space. Had issues shortly after installing with one of the mirrors where part of the light didn't work. Reached out to the seller via email and received outstanding customer service. They replaced the door of the mirror within a couple of days. They reached out to me multiple times to make sure I knew when the part shipped, they followed up to make sure I received it and then again to make sure it worked after install of new part. This was some of the best customer service I have ever had. I would purchase from them again.
