Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Visible Damage

  • Take photos before signing.
  • Ask the carrier to note the damage on the delivery receipt.
  • Refuse delivery if the item is severely damaged.
  • Contact Wellfor the same day.

Cancelled Damage

  • Contact Wellfor within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Keep all original packaging.
  • Provide photos or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damaged area.
  • After review, Wellfor may provide replacement parts, a replacement product, or another appropriate solution.

Missing Parts

If any parts are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include the following details.

What to Send Us

  • Order number.
  • Product SKU.
  • Description of the missing part.
  • Photos of the package contents, if available.
  • Manual page showing the missing part, if available.

Once verified, Wellfor will arrange replacement parts if available.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Buyer's Returns

Buyer's returns include a change of mind, an incorrect size, color, or finish, a project change, a measurement error, or an item that is no longer needed.

Return requirements

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging.
  • Refund will be issued after warehouse inspection.
  • Damaged, incomplete, or improperly packaged returns may be refused or partially refunded.

Exchanges

For customer-requested exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Price differences will be charged or refunded as applicable.
  • The original item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • For a Wellfor error or a verified product issue, Wellfor will cover the related shipping cost.

Cancellations

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

After Shipment

  • Once an order has been processed, packed, picked up, or shipped, cancellation may not be guaranteed.
  • We may try to recall the shipment.
  • Carrier recall or return fees may apply.
  • Original shipping cost may be deducted.
  • LTL freight, storage, redelivery, or address correction fees may apply.
  • If recall is not possible, the order may be treated as a buyer's return.

Refunds

Refund Details

  • Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days after inspection.
  • Bank or credit card processing time may vary.
  • Return shipping, original outbound shipping, restocking, carrier, missing-part, or damage deductions may apply.
  • Used, installed, damaged, incomplete, or improperly packaged returns may be refused or partially refunded.
