You can also find our products on Wayfair,HomeDepot,Lowes, Overstock,Walmart ,Amazon.

 

3.Do you offer services for designers or commercial clients?

Wellfor provides specialized assistance for furnishing professional spaces. Whether you're furnishing your own office or bringing a client's vision to life, we'll help you fill the space with timeless furniture and accessories.we offer special price offer and also help designers to customize unique furniture they need .

 

4. What's your return policy?

You can return the items within 30 days from the date of delivery. An Email with order number,return reason and pictures are required.we will provide return delivery address for you.Please ensure that the product is brand new and unused and using the original packaging.You will only need to pay the return shipping fees if it is a buyer’s remorse return,if you return it because there is a quality-related problem or wrong items delivered ,Please send us an email with some photos documenting damages (if applicable) ,Wellfor will cover the return shipping charge.Once the item returns to our warehouse, If it is brand new,full refund will be made within 1-3 working days .Any damaged, worn or altered items may be refused or result in an adjustment to your refund,we will work with you to find a solution.

5.How can I get replacement of my order?

After you receive our products if there is any parts missing or damaged, please send an email to service@wellfor.com, we will appreciate if you can attach some pictures in the email to show us accurately the missing or damaged parts, and also mention the order number contact details .after receiving your replacement request Email , We will send you the replacements as soon as possible if we still have stock of those parts, and the delivery cost of the replacements will be borne by us.if out of stock,we will find a solution for you .

 

6.Do you give discounts to the trade?
