Very pleased with this product. We've had it installed for about 8 months and absolutely love it. It was shipped VERY securely and has great features. Love, love, love all the mirrors, inside and out, and the lights--inside and out. The magnifying mirror is a bonus feature which is quite handy. We love the recessed installation.The light is just right to create the perfect hygge for a relaxing shower. We don't use the defogger much since our fan removes all of the steam, but it does keep the mirror free of fog in the center whe the fan is off. The time and temp display, however do have issues. The clock runs fast and continually needs to be reset about once every 45-60 days and the temperature display runs high by about 8-12 degrees as verified by a calibrated thermometer but there appears to be no way to recalibrate it. "Soft close" hinges could be a tad softer, but are still very nice. Installation was a snap, as I framed the opening based upon dimensions listed on the instructions before we received the product. We hope this thing lasts until we are dead and gone!
Arrived with one broken cabinet door but they were quick to make it right. Beautiful when installed too.

The medicine cabinet/mirror is beautiful, and the finished product looks fantastic and solid. It came very well packed, encasing the box in a wooden frame. We were trully impressed with the shipping and cannot wait until the medicine cabinet/mirror is installed.
I already installed myself the second similar product. This particular one is easy to install, but heavy to lift. Read manual and it will be easier ever for one strong person. I almost was satisfied after the installation, when I saw not aligned doors. The disappointment quickly changed to the understanding I was wrong. Again, I checked the manual and found a section related to this "issue". The fix/adjustment was easy. The only missing part is manual was probably outdated and I had to find similarities. Anyway, for smart person this is not an issues to figure out what is going on.Thanks.

We were leery at first because of the price, but finally decided it was the one we wanted and we are so happy we decided to buy it. It arrived sooner than expected in excellent condition (the company goes that extra mile to assure safe travel) and looks beautiful in our newly renovated bathroom. It truly is worth every penny!

These may not be from Kohler or other well known brand, but boy do they hold up to the competition (if not outdoing it). They feel well manufactured, they do everything they are supposed to do - which is considerable given their extensive feature list, and are made of quality mirrors. Also fully customizable in terms of shelf height & number. Only had those installed for less than a month, but we couldn't be happier with them. Would gladly purchase them again for future upgrades.
This is now my 4th purchase! My 1st purchase there was an issue with one LED not working. They promptly sent a new complete door. All they ask me to do was take a picture of the concern and email it. That's Customer service at it's BEST! Thank You.Greg Loudon
