This is a great product. I thought it was defective but found I had inlet and outlet lines at manifold backwards. However with that being said, there is an issue with the supply to mixer valve. It is an o-ring connection that if you over tighten with a wrench seals will be damaged. Directions do not state how to tighten them. I found hand tight is sufficient, there is no positive stop as the fittings screw in.

built like a tank, incredibly robust components... works great, no issues with installation, included simple plumbing diagram was all that is required.hoses well made, no leaks. Bolts up tight to bottom for rigid connection, no shaky fixtures here.Finish is a bit bland, but each person has different taste on finishes, so YMMV.the control lever moves smooth and water flow is excellent.the only minor complaint is the corners could be rounded a bit more on the control lever, but not a deal breaker.Despite not having a well known USA brand name, the quality is was much more than I expected, especially at this price point. I installed this on a big work sink, and it turned out to be the ideal faucet as u can locate the control lever in easy reach... I simply plugged the sink holes with metal plugs avail here on amazon.All things considered, hard to find a flaw big enough to ding a point here... so 5 stars from me, recommended if the finish color is acceptable of course. Not a big selection of finishes.
