Wall Mounted Tub Filler With Tub Spout and Hand Shower

This faucet is beautiful. My installer told me to take be it 5 stars for the quality and appearance. It looks gorgeous! Very strong water stream and it exceeded our expectations!

I installed this on a house I was selling. It looks sharp, combines nicely with other matte black fixtures. Fairly straight forward install. Customer service is excellent. They sent me a shorter connector piece when I found that the one that came with it made the tub filler have a gap between it and the wall. This was installer error, but you do need to be very careful estimating the thickness of your finished wall to make this install flush. However, I find that to be true of most any brand of tub filler.

The customer service of this company goes above 5 stars. They were able to accommodate me on a specific style I ordered more than 6 months ago. I was stressed out because the contractors could not find the faucet piece which is the most important part and after contacting customer service, they quickly replaced it. The product itself is really nice and durable. I love the matte black color and the product comes nicely packaged even with white gloves for install. Would absolutely order again.

We were looking for a functional and aesthetic product and this product fit our bill. The product is great. What also made a difference was the responsiveness when we needed installation and customer support.

Installation of the rough in plumbing is not forgiving, so be careful. However, they were wonderful in sending a newly milled fitting to correct my error. I would order from this company again.

Received the product quickly but there were issues with the paint finish on the face plate and the waterfall spout. Contacted the company and within a few days had the replacements. Bathroom remodel is not finished yet, so can't speak to how the faucet works, but the plumber said the valves were well made and he didn't have any problems with the install. Faucet looks great and the customer service was awesome!

My plumber did mistake by installing tub diverter but deep in wall and this company send me custom stem extender to fix the issue. I really appreciate the quick response and follows they did to make sure it worked fine for me. I highly recommend.

My contractor had a bear of a time installing this. It took him a good while. I got a new tub installed and they had to build a "wall" for the faucet to attach to. They grumbled over it but insisted they'd get it installed and they did! It's amazing! I am insanely in love with it! The only thing I see a problem with is the knob to turn to sprayer on. If you are using the sprayer and then she shut off the water, when you turn it back on the sprayer will still be on. It doesn't switch off automatically like my last one. Soo.. I end up getting hit in the face with the sprayer because I didn't turn in back so the water will come out of the faucet! So folks! As long as you can remember to do that, it's a great set up! The spray is strong, the water pressure is great! I love it! I just pray it holds up cuz it cost me a small fortune to install!

I want to know how the water is supposed to flow thru the unit. The instructions are awful, says to slide a cartridge.....WHAT CARTRIDGE? NOTHING SHOWS ON THE 1 PAGE INSTRUCTIONS.
