Our shower renovation was completed last week and this shower system is luxurious. It works perfectly and I love its clean and simple design,
The shower is big and easy to use I use the handheld to give my mom a bath it works great. I love it. And it looks great in my new shower. I would recommend it to anyone and it's well packaged.
I purchased this shower head set, loved the look and thought it was sleek looking with the buttons to turn it on. My contractor immediately noticed a missing part, no big deal emailed wellfor was fast to respond said it would be 7-10 days before I'd get the part, again no biggie the shower was far from done. now it's 100% complete or so we thought found another missing part and now I have a gorgeous shower that I can't use because the missing part keeps the water from turning on. I have emailed again and got an auto response with 2 phone #'s for faster response that no one answers and it says to send an email. This is unacceptable you spend a month renovating a bathroom you just want to use your shower!! Wellfor your warehouse should be checking every box that leaves there to assure it's complete!! Do better please!!
Opened the 2 boxes. I'm very pleased with how heavy duty & beautiful these rosegold shower heads are. Once my walkin shower is completely done I'll upload a picture. Again I'm a very happy girl!!
Easy to install did need to buy fittings for install all around solid product and looks very nice in the shower
Arrived on time, easy to install, looks amazing and works very well.
I renovated my bathroom from a tub to a shower and was looking for a upgraded shower head. Has great temp control, install was not to hard. Gave feeling of a luxury spa shower
Love it very elegant
East to install and looks nice
what I read about the product was delivered & installed with the results I was expecting. Shower kit has very nice features as well. So far, I'm very satisfied.
An amazing piece of art. Works like a charm and would purchase from this seller if I was looking for a new bathroom accessory,
Only had this shower head for a short time. It expanded on the side water was flowing like a faucet. Asked for a replacement or refund was unable to get neither.
This shower combo was just right. I like the rain shower and especially like the wand in case I don't want to use the rain shower. It looks so nice. Very happy.
As a part of our remodel we decided to use this shower set. Very well packed. Came with white gloves so no finger marks. We got the brushed nickel. No water marks at all works really well. Very happy. We had a handyman do the installation. He said it was bit difficult to install compared to the standard once In US.We are very happy with the product. 5 stars
Buy it good product, i saw one in store for triple price same product
Good quality.
I have used several of these for design clients and all of them are very happy with the look and power of the spray. On this recent installation My plumber installed the hand held too high. We need either a bar to raise and lower the handheld or at the very least an additional holder. How might I accomplish that best? Do you sell the bar? I saw a picture in your reviews of one included in a review.
Works great
Looks great an add that bit of modern feel..loved it so much I bought in two colors!!
have never seen a shower head this big before!
My contractor could not believe the price I paid for this! He said it was very easy to install in our new shower. Works great- love the rain!
Bathroom looks nicer with this item
I like the golden style that matches my bathroom features. It has both 12inch rain shower head and the hose hand held one. I appreciate this product quality
