My only drawback is that you can't install the battery pack and the AC adapter at the same time. So in case of grid power out, have the battery pack ready with a set of batteries to use, because you can't get the water to run with the AC power out.

This hands free sink faucet is one of few that offers an a/c power supply which is worry free for me and my 7 members household. My counter thickness is 1.5 inches and this faucet can only be installed on a maximum thickness of 1 inch. I hope to find one compatible with my sink counter. I give it 5 stars for the power supply that should be standard on all electrical faucets.

Purchased April 14, 2023. Today, June 27, 2023, it stopped working. UPDATE: Was able to contact Cenosa customer service. They were able to get a new control unit right out to me. Unit works great. Great customer service response with follow up to ensure everything was satisfactorily resolved.

Great faucet. I like the look and the functionality of the whole thing. I did have a small drip coming from the handle. I contacted the seller and they assisted me in fixing the issue. I did as they described and it fixed it almost completely. I contacted them again and told them I was still having a small drip. They immediately sent me a replacement part that took care of the drip. I hate that I had to deal with it, but the response time from the seller is what keeps this at 5 stars.

Purchased this faucet because we wanted one with the motion detection feature. Why? To avoid having to constantly wipe the standing water away from around the faucet. All the name brand faucets with motion detection were considerably more expensive. Despite some of the negative reviews, we decided to give it a try. We've been using it for almost 3 months and it performs flawlessly -- (the motion detection works perfectly). Hoping the motion detection feature continues to work perfectly and stands the test of time.

Bought this for my mother for Christmas and had my 15 year old nephew install it. Don��t forget to bleed your lines.

This faucet arrived exactly as described. It is very sleek and the design and matte black finish are stunningly elegant. At first I wasn't sure I was going to like the two tone appearance but it actually looks great and blends in with the rest of my newly remodeled kitchen perfectly. The quality of this faucet definitely rivals those of other major name brands but at a fair and affordable price. I particularly like how there isn't any prominent tacky branding like on some other faucets, and the touch-less sensor doesn't awkwardly stick out but rather blends in seamlessly will with the rest of the faucet. Overall, so far I am extremely satisfied with this faucet and would definitely recommend to others!
