It really is beautiful. Well-made and easy to install. After I got it put in (I'm not a plumber for sure) I thought there was a problem, so I contacted support and they got right back to me. To make a long story short, it was something I was doing wrong and nothing to do with the product. Great service and great product.

Item is great however when you use the Fossett it does tend to trip down not exactly into a waterfall and leave water stains
My contractor installed this and after the new thicker tile was in place realized that the adapters that shipped with the unit were too short by .5 inches to allow the tub spout and handheld to be connected. I was thinking we would have to tear up the brand new wall since the adapters are manufacturer specific. I emailed seller and they worked with me to ensure they could supply an adapter that would solve my problem. To the point of sending me pictures against a tape measure to be positive they were sending what I needed. Not only is this a great looking unit you can be comfortable that there is a responsive and helpful seller providing customer service.
This faucet leaks. I can��t tel where it��s leaking from��.the spray leaks when the switch is turned to shower and the faucet leaks when turns to faucet. It��s a foreign product so not sure how to go about fixing. Company help
