If this company had more items to buy for my home, I would buy them! I am a massive fan of the lost art of customer service and Kraus stands behind their product! In fact, Kraus is exemplar with this. I have a new water filter system and the diverter button in the faucet broke, Kraus helped me trouble shoot and ultimately sent me a new kitchen faucet. In a previous purchase, my soap dispenser broke and they replaced it. Not, I"'m sorry, you are out of Amazon's 30 day window" garbage. They are kind and professional humans who clearly believe in the product and enjoy where they work. Their job satisfaction is passed onto the customer experience. I wish they offered corporate training on how to support this win win. Happy employees, great products and happy customers! Trifecta!

Exceeded all expectations

This is an awesome faucet. My only complaint is that the weight hits the bottom of my sink when I pull the sprayer all of the way out. Not a big deal and easy enough to fix. I will buy this again if/when I need another one.

We love our new faucet. Had it installed about a month and have no complaints. I installed myself and it was so easy. Would buy again and again.

My husband did a lot of reach for a good kitchen facet that was durable, easy to install, and not break the bank. We love it so much that we purchased another for our downstairs sink as well. Great product!!!

It's not spot free stainless. It's brushed nickel. Very different. My dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge are all spot free stainless. Not thrilled with that since it is being installed over a stainless tub. Will update once we are using it.

Remodeled my kitchen and wanted to add some flair. This did the trick for me. Works as designed. Only thing I wish is the spray head to stay in spray after turning it off.

Good quality. Easy to use. I recommend this product

High quality faucet

Good investment! Wish we had done it sooner. Ads a lot to the overall looks and functionality of the kitchen area.

I love everything about this faucet! It is so much fun to use and I feel very safe drinking the water from the reverse osmosis filtration feature. Well worth the money

Perfect! Wanted an easy to install faucet. It was quick to install and feels very substantial. Highly recommend

We love this facet. We originally got a different Kraus facet and it was not well insulated so when we went to spray it burned our hands. Not a single problem with this one. I am glad we decided to try another one from this brand. It has the look and the height if you're looking for a taller facet.

It works amazing and the look is high end. I have gotten so many compliments on this and love using it daily.

Nice for my new kitchen

Speedy shipping. Well made.

I've had faucets costing 2 to 4 times as much, yet having no better look or quality of operation than this brand.

I like everything about this faucet. Easy to use. Doesn't get water spots. Fits well in my recently installed new sink and countertop. My daughter had purchased one and loved it so I followed suit. Installed only a little over a week ago, I enjoy using this.

The hardest part was removing the Grohe stainless unit after 20 years of use. I appreciated the simple installation and similar quality to units in the same price range.

I love this faucet! It's so stylish and looks great in our renovated kitchen! It was very easy to install and is great to use. The buttons to switch from steady stream to spray are easy to find and I love how you can press the button and it stops the water completely without having to turn off the handle just hold down the button and it will pause the water stream. Easy to install and easy to use!

Very easy to install. I have been using this faucet over 1 month now. I like it.

Easy install, good hardware, faucet works as described. I especially like the 1/4 turn movement from full hot to full cold as some sinks do not have that much space. Flows enough water and the spray is powerful enough to be useful. Easy to remove and put nozzle back into the holder. All in all if your looking for a good faucet that seems like it will last a long time, I dont think you can do better than this.

Though I haven't I stalled this yet, I have had to call customer support to ask a question about the faucet. I actually spoke to a real live person who answered the phone quickly and actually knew about the faucet and could answer my question almost immediately. It was exhilarating. Highly recommend.

I am absolutely in love with this faucet. Study, efficiency and a gorgeous update for my kitchen

Great product
