I rated sturdiness as a 4 because that seem appropriate; however, the faucet has only been installed. One prior rating referenced the faucet breaking at the "deck" where attached. That connection where the shank screws into vertical faucet part is only 1/4" long. Because of a prior review reporting that the screw connection "stripped" apart, having that male screw manufactured longer could add stability to the joint. Under the top of the counter, I added a second deck layer, bored a shaft sized hole in the first layer (to strengthen against side to side vibration) and secured per instructions to the second deck patch. Certain clothes washers have automatic analysis to weigh the items in the washer, then adds water at the dialed level for the clothes to be washed. Even before I purchased the relatively expensive machine with no "traditional dasher", reviews warned of this inadequate water level situation. It is true - especially for my wife's light weight blouse, etc. Some will wash but have dry spots when complete. The pre-purchase review solution was to add water with the closes to be washed. (I.E.: Fool the machine about the weight of clothes to be washed.) After confirming that truth, I installed the Deck Mounted Pot Filler behind the washing machine to have a water supply by the faucet's extendable arm. Getting extra (for light weight clothes) water into the machine with the clothes to be washed is now easier. The washing results are improved The pot washer "folded" beside the washer is acceptable For a DIY person, this was an easy installation with a "shark-bite" connector applied into the machine's cold water line and some 2 x 4 supports under the top/deck of the counter beside the washing machine.

Have bought three of these over a two year period for flip houses they are very nice and sturdy work well will buy again

Installation video was excellent.

We purchased this to install over our coffee bar for easy refilling of the coffee maker. This works great for its intended use and doesn't leak. The arm on it is sturdy and it feels well made. Take note though, ours did not come with installation instructions. Luckily my husband is a plumber and didn't need them, but if you're relying on instructions... you may want to check on YouTube and see if you can find them prior to installation.

i havent put it in yet it looks awsome but i was missing a piece and i got ahold of them and they got back with me quickly and are sending me that piece they acted quickly and were easy to get a hold of no hoops to jump through i hope the faucet is good as the service

We just opened the box. Handle sent to us is twisted and not perfectly straight. It looks crooked. Not happy about that. I waited for long time to install it. I was remodeling my whole house. I installed today but immediately noticed the problem.
