However, I am now facing an issue with it.Approximately ten days after a plumber installed it for me, I noticed that the body of the faucet has become loose. Concerned about this, I contacted the plumber again, and after a thorough inspection, he pointed out a manufacturing defect located at the bottom of the faucet's body.Specifically, there seems to be an issue with the threaded steel ring at the base of the faucet, which appears to have a weak thread. This issue has resulted in the faucet becoming loose, and I am unable to use it properly.I kindly request that you arrange for a replacement of the faucet to address this issue. Having enjoyed the quality of your product initially, I am confident that a replacement will allow me to continue using it effectively.I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and your assistance in resolving this issue. Our kitchen faucet has been leaking from the sprayer hose which is through the countertop. We went to one of the big box stores to look for a replacement. We were looking at one that is identical to this one but about 6x the cost. The one we decided on was not in stock so we just went home. I got online just to explore other options and came across this one. So glad I did! When I saw the price I was skeptical. So I read the specifications half a dozen times looking for something that would tell why the price was low. I could not find anything that said "don't buy". It arrived today. Looks and feels just like the high price one we saw at the store. Comes with everything needed to install. Now if the spray hose decides to leak it will be over the sink and not on the countertop. If you are looking for a kitchen faucet don't hesitate to buy this one if it the style you are looking for.

Will use it for Laundry sink!
