I needed help with a special request and Nikki took my calls, followed up and made my request happen in a matter of a few days! I think she deserves a raise! I will only use Quinkell products for all my future renovation projects! By far the best value for the money and the best customer service and support I have seen in a long time!

I got this faucet for my new free-standing tub. It worked perfect for what I needed. My contractor said it wasvery easy to install. It looks beautiful and is quite heavy, so it's not cheaply made. Very pleased with this purchase.

For the price it is a steal. Installed professionally and they had no problems with it. Used moen faucets everywhere else but just could not justify the cost of a tub filler that would have cost 4 times as much. Very happy with my decision.

Faucet is nice and heavy with great flowMy contractor installed it too shallow in the wall but after a call to customer service we had a set of shorter inserts sent to us within a week from the factory overseasMy contractor ran over that set with his truck and after another call to customer service got another set shipped ASAPCustomer service and the product is awesome

We love the look and it works great. Similar name brand products cost at least 3-times as much. At first my plumber was hesitant because this is an off brand at a low price. But once he installed it he changed his mind and may be getting one for his family. That��s high praise.
