This is a great shower replacement for my bathroom. I had it replaced about an year or so ago, few weeks back the handle broke. I contacted them to send me a replacement handle and with in few days I was shipped a replacement handle after providing proof. I was recommend this product and the business, they are customer service oriented.

Bought this set for my bathroom reno and absolutely love it! The water pressure is great, easy to install. There was a leak on the handheld bracket but I contacted customer service and they replaced it quickly. Highly recommend purchasing from this company.

The shower works and looks great! It��s a real eye catcher. We have received many compliments on it. I accidentally damaged the handle so I emailed customer service. They responded quickly and sent out the replacement part at no cost to me. I received it fast too.

The handheld shower head was defective leaking from a seam on top. I reached out to the company following their instructions emailed a picture and requested info. They promptly replaced. Super happy! So much so that I ordered another in black for another bathroom.

Beautiful showerhead. The handheld has great pressure, the waterfall is soft. There's no way to adjust the pressure. Overall looks great and works

I received the product and the hand help shower was defective and was shooting out water from the top instead of the holes that it��s supposed to come out if. They replaced the hand held and refunded me $49 for the defective shower handle and they sent me the replacement part. They were very helpful.

I bought 2 of these shower units and they are amazing. Did have a problem with one of the hoses and I reached out to them and they sent me a new one! They also have great customer service!

I've had a few issues with the shower head leaking and the handle breaking but customer service has been fantastic. All I had to do was email them. They were quick to respond, very nice, and sent me replacement parts almost immediately. Would definitely buy again.The shower head itself is huge and covers such a great amount of the shower. The handheld has high pressure and they both look great.

I purchased this for our new bath remodel specifically because I wanted a wide rain shower. We also purchased a shorter extension to make it closer to the ceiling. The process was easy. At one point we had an issue with the additional hand shower and had to get it replaced. Customer support was quick to handle it and very eager to make sure everything went well. I highly recommend this product and their customer service if you ever need it.
