This shower system is hands down. The beat to install as well as use. I recently remodeled my master bathroom. This system was a great addition. The rough fitting box is encased in plastic and is square instead of round. The mud cover is one of the best I have seen. It allowed me to properly set the rockboard to the proper dimensions so when I placed the cover plate it was right on the money with a flush fit. The shower head gives a nice rainforest vibe with plenty of water. The side spray nicely complements the shower head. Long story short it's a must have for any bathroom remodel.

We were redoing our guest bath and wanted really high-end finishes. I had gotten another [nice, name brand] shower set, and while waiting for back-ordered items [on just about everything] we took it out of the box and, well, it just felt cheap. We returned it and ordered this one based on others' opinions. The tactile feel of how everything operates with each component is beautiful. The finishes are lovely as well. Most of all, it performs better than we expected and it is the crowning jewel in our 'now, finally completed' bathroom!
I actually didn��t use it because we changed our finish but I have to say that it was beautifully packaged and my contractor was so impressed with It. He��d asked me to use a ��reputable�� manufacturer, after seeing this shower system he was open to be returning for a different finish ;).
